Venue and Accommodation

Conference events will take place at Hotel Ukraina. All speakers will be provided with accommodation at that hotel.

Those participants who are not making presentations can use discounted accommodation at Hotel Sherston. The prices (in Roubles, including breakfast and taxes) are as follows:

In order to book a room, please email m2@travel-consult.ru indicating your first and last names, departure and arrival dates, as well as the type of accommodation requested. All payments must be made to the hotel at the time of arrival.

Travel tips

You are likely to arrive at the Domodedovo or Sheremetyevo airport in Moscow. If you do not wish to take a taxi from the airport (~$70), you may want to take a train to the city as detailed at the airport web sites. You will arrive, respectively, at the Paveletsky or Belorussky railway station, from which you will need to take the Metro. The ticket costs 28 Roubles ($1) and can be purchased at the Metro station. After a short ride along the Ring Line, exit at the Kiyevskaya station. Hotel Ukraina is within a walking distance from there.

If you do not wish to walk, a shuttle bus from the Kiyevskaya Metro station to Hotel Ukraina will be operating on July 12 from 15:00 to 21:00 and on July 13 from 8:30 to 11:30. Please phone +7 916 494 13 36 from the station to arrange for the pickup. The bus will be displaying the RQC logo.
