The 1st International Conference on Quantum Technologies took place in Moscow on July 13-17, 2011. It played the role a kick-off meeting of the fresh born Russian Quantum Center. This interdisciplinary meeting brought together over 100 experts from various fields of physics exploring frontiers of quantum technologies and included sessions on
- mesoscopic physics,
- quantum optics,
- ultra-cold atoms and molecules,
- quantum information,
- quantum communication.
